  5 Point Maintenance Program Details

  32 years of experience has taught us an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  This inspection process was developed by John Byrne to insure the maximum life cycle of your coating.  Annual inspections identify and prevent your problems before they occur.  This is a proven cost effective method to reduce your overall long term cost.
  The Five Point Maintenance Program Includes:

  1.  Pressure-wash all exterior surfaces using biodegradable detergent to remove surface contaminates dirt, mildew etc.
  2. Remove leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts.
  3. Check window and door sills throughout exterior for leaks and caulk where necessary.
  4. Check exterior for wood rot.
  5. Provide a separate written estimate in connection with any paint work/preventative maintenance that may be required at your home.
